Frequently Asked Questions
What is your shipping process?
We ship via UPS and insure all packages. Signature is required for all deliveries. Tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase. Standard shipping is free and express shipping is available for an aditional cost.
What days do you ship?
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. To ensure that we meet appropriate delivery times, orders placed Tuesday through Thursday will be shipped on Friday. Orders placed Friday through Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
Are your products authentic?
Yes! All items are guaranteed authentic or your money back. Our reputation is the most important thing to us at Swap Hands. Most of our items come with a COA (certificate of authenticity) or it is available upon request. We also thoroughly inspect each item we receive for authenticity, and if we have any doubts we simply will never list it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within all of Canada and the United States. We look look forward to shipping to other countries soon, however we currently do not have an option for this.
Who pays customs?
Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, otherwise known as the "importer"
What is your return policy?
We do our best to accurately depict all our of items through detailed, high resolution photos and descriptions. Therefore unless grossly misrepresented, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Do you only sell used items?
We specialize in pre-loved items in order to keep our incredible prices for our customers. However, we do periodically get brand new items in. Any item that is new will be marked with a red "Brand New" banner, otherwise please assume that the item is pre-loved and refer to the condition grading on each listing.
